Today, Medici Internet’s partner network includes global brands like Groupon, L’Oréal, Nielsen, Swiss International Air Lines, and T-Mobile.
In summer 2008, Schmidt co-founded eKomi, The Feedback Company, to innovate the Reputation Management industry. Augmenting text analytics capabilities with human moderation, eKomi authenticates transaction-based ratings and reviews while protecting clients from liabilities and mitigating regulation compliance risks.
Since its founding, eKomi has expanded from Feedback Management SaaS to become the global one-stop solution provider for Market Research, Reputation Management, and CX Programs.
Backed by Goldman Sachs and officially partnered with Google, eKomi has over 200 employees headquartered in Berlin, Germany, with offices in London, Paris, Madrid, and Los Angeles.
In 2012, Schmidt launched Medici Living Group to fulfill his vision for a tech-enabled global neighborhood. Inspired by the Medicis of Florence, Schmidt has positioned Medici Living at the forefront of a Millennial-driven real estate revolution in which experiences outweigh assets.
